What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 2pm on day of arrival. Check out is 10am on day of departure. Please check with reception regarding early check ins and late check out availability.

Are you pet friendly?

Do you allow late arrivals?

Yes, we do. But you will need to let us know in advance so we can arrange your access.

Do I need to book before I arrive?

We do accept walk-ins, however, it is advisable to book in advance.

Is there a limit of how many adults are on a booking?

We allow maximum 4 adults per Villas/Glamping Tents/Sites.

What is the minimum night stay?

Weekend bookings require a minimum of 2 nights.
Deluxe Waterfront Villas and Premium Waterfront Sites require a minimum of 2 nights at all times.
Minimum nights apply to Long Weekend High Season periods.

Do you offer a seniors discount?

We offer a 10% discount to seniors. This can be confirmed with staff when booking. Please note that the senior’s discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special or discount. Not applicable in Peak Periods only.

Do you allow campfires?

No individual fires allowed. Warm yourselves up by our seasonal open communal fire pit. No other solid fuel fires are permitted in the Park. Fire only permitted in fire pit from mid-afternoon until 10pm. Fire is extinguished at 10pm for safety reasons. Total fire bans may apply, see reception.

Does your park have a camp kitchen?

Yes, we offer a communal kitchen facility for holiday patrons.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes, we have both washing machine and dryer facilities available for holiday park patrons. Payment is via 5 x $1.00 coins per load. If change is required please see reception.

Do you provide dump points in your holiday park?

We have two dump point facilities for holiday patrons.

Is linen supplied in accommodation?

Linen is provided to all Villas/Glamping Tents for the number of guests on the booking.

Do you have internet access?

Yes, our park offers free Wi-Fi access.

Do you allow children to ride bikes and scooters in the park?

Yes, we allow bikes and scooters in our park, all riders must wear a helmet. No riding is permitted once the street lights turn on.

Is your park a member of Big4 or NRMA affiliates?

No, we are a family owned park that has been operating for the last 21 years. Although, we offer specials throughout the year.

What age do you classify a child?

From the ages of 3 to 15 years.

Do you have a curfew?

Yes, 10pm-8am. Please be considerate to your neighbours by restricting noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings – particularly between 10pm and 8am.

When is reception operating?

Office hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm 7 days a week. Facilities available at the office: Fax; mail available for collection; local information; bait/ice; change for laundry, drinks, ice cream, groceries etc.

Do you allow charcoal BBQs?

No, however we have 4 free gas BBQs available in the communal BBQ area.

Are there any restrictions on sites?

No hot items on grass, mats, or synthetic grass. No sand pegs. MUST set up all tents/awnings/vans on synthetic grass or mats. Any damages must be paid for. New Premium Powered Sites are not pet friendly in High Season. If vehicles do not fit on site they must be left outside of park.
