Our Office Hours are 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
If you are scheduled to arrive after office hours, we ask that you please keep in mind the other guests staying in the park when arriving late.
The curfew for checking in after hours is 9:00 pm for all Accommodation.
Please follow the late arrival instructions below:
On arrival at the park after hours, please go to the main office door.
To the left-hand side of the door is a silver key box.
Open this up and take the envelope with your name on it.
A 5-digit pin code has been sent to you via SMS. Use the pin code followed by the # key to open the gate. Follow the highlighted route on the map to your Accommodation, Deluxe Waterfront Spa Villa 10.
Once inside the Villa, insert the key tag into the slot at the side of the door to activate the power.
Please ensure the key tag is pushed firmly into the slot.
