Amenities

• There are 2 amenities blocks. These will be closed during cleaning times. An adult must accompany children under ten. Please keep showers to a max of 5 minutes. Mops are provided for your convenience. Please use beach shower on the waterfront to rinse off excess sand before entering amenities.

BBQs

• You are welcome to use the free gas BBQs provided. Please ensure the gas is turned off and BBQ and surrounding area is left clean after use. Please note: personal campfires are NOT permitted, including cooking over charcoal, head beads or open flame. BBQ’s must be gas or electric only.

Camp Kitchen

• Please leave this camp kitchen as you would wish to find it. After using the kitchen please ensure that all cooking appliances are switched off, clean up after yourself and take away your rubbish. The fridge/freezer is for everybody to use, label your items, store in containers and take them with you or throw them away when you leave.

Check in

• Check in time is from 2.00pm for Accommodation and 11.00am for Sites.

Late Arrivals

• Late arrivals are no later than 9.00pm due to compliance with our curfew and to ensure the comfort of our other guests.

Check Out

• Check out time is 10.00am.
• No refund is given to Accommodation or Sites if vacated before the booking terminates. Please leave Villas / Cabins / Glamping Tents clean and tidy otherwise a cleaning fee will apply.

Children

• Parents are to supervise their children at all times whilst in the park.
• Bikes should be ridden on roads at a walking pace, and helmets must be worn at all times when cycling or using a scooter or similar item.
• When the outside lights come on, we kindly request that bikes, skateboards, scooters, and similar items be securely stored.

Communal Firepit

• No individual fires allowed.
• Please see map for fire pit location.
• No other solid fuel fires are permitted in the park.
• Fire only permitted in fire pit from mid-afternoon until 10pm.
• Fire is extinguished at 10pm for safety reasons.
• Total fire bans may apply, see reception.

Garbage

• Garbage and Recycling bins are located at Park Entrance.
• Recyclable goods only to be put in the yellow top bin.
• All other household rubbish to be bagged and deposited in the red top bin.

Insect Repellent

• To prevent insect bites, it is advisable to use a repellent mid-morning and at dusk.

Laundry

• You can use the washers and dryers for a fee of 5 x $1.00 coins per load. Laundry tubs are not to be used for washing dishes, cleaning fish, or similar purposes.

Noise

• The peaceful enjoyment of our Park and its facilities by all our guests/visitors is important to us.
• No generators allowed.
• Please be considerate to your neighbours by restricting noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings – particularly between 10pm and 8am.
• Zero tolerance exists for noise complaints after 10pm.

Pet Friendly

• Pets must be contained within your site and on a leash at all times within the Park boundaries. Pets are not be left unattended in the Park at any time.
• NO pets are allowed in Cabins / Glamping Tents / Villas / Amenities / Pool Area.
• Pets are ONLY allowed in Pet Friendly Garden Villas (5-7).

Reception

• Office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm 7 days a week.
• Services provided at the office include faxing, mail collection, local information, as well as supplies like bait, ice, change for laundry, beverages, ice cream, and groceries, among other essentials.

Smoking

• No smoking in Accommodation, swimming pool area and amenities blocks.

Swimming Pool / Playground

• Pool is open from 8.30am and closes when the area lights are turned on.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Please ensure that everyone wears appropriate swimwear, including swimmer nappies for infants.
• Before entering the pool, kindly make use of the pool shower to rinse off any sand.

• Please comply with the following exclusions:
• No running, jumping, bombing, no boards, bikes, large inflatables in pool
• No climbing on outside of play equipment
• No glass off any kind
• No smoking
• No pets

Vehicles

• The safety of all guest is of prime importance.
• You can assist by limiting the speed of your vehicle to 10 kilometres (walking pace) while within the park.
• Please contact reception if you wish to wash or repair your vehicle on site.

Visitors

• You are responsible for your visitors.
• All visitors must contact the park reception and request permission for entry.
• Visitors MUST leave their cars outside the park.
• Fees apply to overnight & day visitors – please check with reception.

Waterfront

• Boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning facilities provided.
• Please use waterfront sink for fish cleaning and leave clean after use.
• No cleaning of fish in amenities blocks, Accommodation or around the park.
• Jetty only for loading and unloading.

Sites

• No hot items on grass, mats, or synthetic grass.
• Sand pegs on all sites is prohibited.
• It is mandatory to place all tents, awnings, and vans on synthetic grass or mats.
• Guests will incur charges for any damages to the sites.
• Premium Powered Sites (7-20 & 44-53) are not pet friendly in High Season.
• If vehicles do not fit on site they must be parked outside of park.
