Pet Friendly Policy​

Bringing a furry friend on your holiday?

Not only do we allow pets on powered and unpowered sites but we have 3 x Two Bedroom Garden Villas (5, 6 & 7) that are pet friendly! With absolute river frontage your fur baby can even go for a swim.

All Pets

All pets must be well behaved and cannot be left unattended at any time in the park, this means when you leave for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they must go with you and not left locked inside your caravan or villa.

Owners are responsible for their pet and any mess at all times (including digging of holes in our grass). Please pick up after your furry friend. We offer free disposal bags located at the office door.

Owners take full responsibility for any personal injury caused by their dog whilst within the confines of the park and are responsible for any claims of compensation.

Pets are not permitted in the pool area, BBQ area or non-pet-friendly villas at any time, in or on the verandas. Guests found with a pet inside any non-pet-friendly villas will be evicted immediately.

Washing of dog accessories/clothing etc. is not permitted in the laundry washing machines.

We have standard powered & unpowered sites that are pet friendly all year round.
Premium powered sites are NOT pet friendly over High Season.

To ensure all guests and pets have an enjoyable stay, we ask that all pets must remain tied up on site, or on a lead and controlled at all times whilst in the holiday park.

Pets inside our pet-friendly villas are not permitted on the couch or bed (extra fees will apply if the washing of bedding is needed).

Pets cannot be tied to the outside of your pet-friendly villa at any time.

Limited to two pets per pet-friendly villa (management discretion applies).

Pets cannot be left inside a car or dog trailer at any time, including night time.

The cost for each pet per night is $10 during low season, $25 during mid season, and $30 during high season.

NB: JBHP will not take any responsibility for guests arriving with a pet if your booking has been made on an OTA in a non-pet-friendly villa. Guest will be asked to place any pets in alternate care for the duration of your stay at guests own cost.
