A keen homebrewer turns professional; Sam has been brewing from home for over five years. An obsessive, passionate and creative force, Claire and Sam put their heads together to create what is known today as Flamin Good Beer. Not only do they serve Sam’s fine beer but they also offer cocktails, spirits and wine. A highlight in winter is their fireplaces located around the brewery to keep you warm while enjoying a cold beer. Make sure to bring along your furry friend as they’re pet friendly!

The creation of Wild GInger’s establishment was the long-awaited dream of the owner & head chef, Kierrin McKnight, ever since working at the iconic Sailors Thai Sydney and Darley Street Thai for the guru of Thai cuisine David Thompson in the late 90s. The food psychology is predominantly based on Thai dishes, but they have introduced a variety of cultural recipes from the whole region of Southeast Asia.
